Marc Boucher

Worship and Media Director

Originally from New Hampshire, Marc has been with Faith Community Church for almost five years. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Worship and Music Studies from Liberty University, as well as a Master’s in Worship Studies from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. In addition to his musical/songwriting interests, Marc is also passionate about technology and gaming, and co-hosts a weekly podcast called The Good Morning Guys. Marc and his wife, Kristin, have been married since 2017.

Jamie Laine

Orginally from Petersburg, VA, Jamie has called Halifax County home for over twenty years. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and works as an electrician for Dominon Power. In his spare time, he is an avid automotive enthusiast.

Jamie has been married to his wife, Kathy, since 1986. Both are founding members of FCC

Steve Good

A Halifax County native, Steve owns and operates Good's Power and Hearth, a local establishment over 30 years old. He has been married to his wife, Lynn, since 1986. Together, they have two sons and a granddaughter.

 

Glenn Ferguson

Glenn Ferguson was born and raised in Halifax County and graduated from Virginia Military Institute.  He is semi-retired from the electric power industry, where he’s worked for over 30 years.  He currently serves as the Administrative Elder for FCC during our search for a new Pastor.  He’s an avid deer and turkey hunter and enjoys a good game of golf as well.  

Glenn and his wife Beth have been married since 1997 and have been members of FCC since 2008.  They own a small business and live on a farm in the county where he can often be found in a deer stand, or on his tractor in the off-season.
