Most folks like to know something about the leadership of a church before they attend. Here is some information on the people who lead FCC.

Dane is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and has been the pastor at FCC since May 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Master of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the author of JUNGLE FLIGHT: Spiritual Adventures at the Ends of the Earth, and along with involvement in various community ministries enjoys motorcycling and aviation. Dane is committed to clarity, accuracy and practicality in Biblical Preaching. He has been married to Krista since 1984 and they have 3 daughters.
Kevin is originally from Pennsylvania but has lived in the south for over twenty years. He is a Design Engineer and is employed by ABB. Kevin teaches the Boys Sunday School Class and with his wife Gwyneth organizes outings for our elementary age groups. Outside of family and church, Kevin is a distance runner and Rubic’s Cube wizard. He and Gwyneth have been married since 1997 and they have two children.
Hank is originally from New Jersey, but has lived in the southeast for 30 years. He is a graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University and is a Senior Human Resources Manager at Dollar General Inc. Hank's interests include the Boston Celtics and "whatever Marilyn wants to do." He serves as an adult Sunday School teacher and is active in several community organizations. Hank & Marilyn Bruining married in 1972 and have four grown children and several grandchildren.
Glenn is from Halifax County. He is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute and when he isn’t on his farm works in the electrical products industry. Glenn’s interests include golfing and hunting. He and Beth have been married for thirteen years.
Bob is originally from Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of The University of Florida and The Medical College of Virginia. Bob is a dentist in private practice in South Boston. His interests include history, theology and spiritual development. He and Jane have been married for twenty-nine years and have one grown son.
Kevin is from Richmond, Virginia and has served as FCC’s worship and youth intern since September of 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Liberty University and is working on his Masters at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Kevin is also the leader of Littleman, a contemporary worship band.
